The Director will execute fundraising strategies by managing a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors to meet annual revenue goals. This includes developing compelling proposals, managing grant reporting, and cultivating new philanthropic partnerships to support programmatic growth.

The Program Coordinator manages the operational backbone of NMSI services, including logistics, systems, and data coordination for school districts. Key duties involve scheduling training, managing user accounts in Salesforce and Maple, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
