The Underwriting Assistant supports the underwriting process by quoting, binding, and issuing policies and endorsements. They maintain broker relationships and ensure all documentation complies with underwriting guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Lead the analysis and implementation of ISO, AAIS, NCCI, and State Bureau content within insurance technology platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, ensure data quality, and support regulatory filings.

The role involves providing crucial underwriting tasks, including trading/development underwriting, and delivering top-notch customer service to the team. Additionally, the underwriter will assist management with various tasks and schedules.

The Business Analyst will act as the liaison between business teams and technical teams, translating requirements into viable solutions by eliciting user stories through stakeholder engagement and workshops. Responsibilities include guiding user stories through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and managing change requests based on business value and sustainability.
