The Senior Analyst, HRIS will be responsible for enabling, optimizing, and scaling the HR technology ecosystem, serving as a subject matter expert across HR systems, data integrity, reporting, and analytics. Key duties include supporting core HCM modules, troubleshooting system issues, deploying enhancements, managing security, ensuring data accuracy, and leading reporting migration into Power BI.
