The role involves handling incoming enquiries and conducting proactive outreach to identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline to support the wider sales function.

Lead and grow the international distributor network across EMEA and Asia by managing existing partnerships and onboarding new partners. Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure smooth fulfillment and align with senior leadership on global distribution strategy.

Manage approximately 50 accounts across the South Midlands, London, South England, and Wales, balancing new business acquisition with member retention. Lead regional networking events and collaborate internally to ensure member insights inform organizational research and digital workstreams.

Manage approximately 50 accounts across North Yorkshire, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, balancing new business acquisition (60%) and member retention (40%). Lead regional networking events and collaborate with internal teams to integrate member insights into organizational workstreams.

The EMEA & UK Sales Director will manage and grow a £3M+ revenue portfolio by leading distributor networks across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. They will also drive commercial performance, support product launches, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align regional strategy with global objectives.
