The International Mobilization Coach is responsible for equipping and training national believers to make disciples and plant churches using church planting movement methodologies. They will also mobilize, coach, and form national believers into effective disciple-making teams while maintaining a network of ministry partners.
Lead the full grant lifecycle, including researching funding opportunities, developing and submitting proposals, managing reports and renewals, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with internal teams and funding partners to ensure clear, compelling communications, compliance, and effective stewardship.
Develop and maintain operational policies and standardized processes to support international teams and mobilization efforts. Serve as a primary liaison between international field offices and U.S. operations while assisting in crisis management and policy compliance.
