Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning solutions, onboarding programs, and certification pathways for the commercial organization. Manage training platforms and tools to improve commercial performance and ensure launch readiness across various therapeutic areas.

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and maximize sales across hospital and non-hospital channel partners, including GPOs and imaging providers. Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts to position the Lantheus portfolio as the standard of care in diagnostic imaging.
