The Business Credit Adjudicator is responsible for managing the business and agricultural credit portfolio through effective adjudication and quality assurance. They also provide coaching and mentoring to lending staff to ensure compliance with credit policies and sound risk analysis.

The Manager, Payroll will lead the payroll function, ensuring accurate and compliant processing for employees and Board members. They will also oversee payroll governance, process improvements, and cross-departmental collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT.
