This includes translating business needs into technical solutions and partnering with stakeholders to optimize process efficiency and data integrity.

Process registered and non-registered investment transactions while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Provide administrative support and guidance to Retail and Wealth teams regarding investment products and member requests.

Lead and develop a high-performing Investment Support team responsible for centralized investment and estate administration services. Drive process improvements, digitization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance member service and operational efficiency.
