Staff client projects end to end by sourcing, vetting, matching, and onboarding contractors through their first billed hour, while adapting to changing client demand. Maintain accurate staffing records, track fill rates and utilization, resolve onboarding delays, and redeploy contractors as project needs change.
Set the multi-year technical strategy and roadmap for Data Labs, guiding investment in shared platforms, benchmarking, data pipelines, and reinforcement learning environments. Lead a multi-team engineering organization while advising clients and executives, shaping evaluation and data practices, and partnering with research, product, and commercial teams.
You will build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for technical roles including data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development. You will also collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and execute outbound sourcing strategies to support customer deployments.
Serve as a first responder for production incidents by triaging and stabilizing infrastructure-level issues within defined SLAs. Diagnose system failures using logs and escalate application-level issues to the platform team with clear context.
