Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors and corporate acquirers. Manage the full engagement lifecycle, from scoping and analysis to presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and developing junior talent.

You will lead a portfolio of client engagements, providing strategic counsel to PE sponsors and portfolio companies on finance transformation and technical accounting. Additionally, you will play a key role in building the practice by developing delivery methodologies, hiring talent, and establishing intellectual capital.

Execute core financial due diligence analyses including proof of cash, QoE, and net working capital for healthcare M&A transactions. Manage data rooms, prepare analytical exhibits, and draft precise report sections for VP and Director review.
