The Software Developer Co-Op will write front-end and back-end code using Ruby on Rails to drive ITRG products. They will participate in sprint planning, design technical solutions, and engage in code reviews to ensure quality.

The role involves planning and executing comprehensive test suites across various software products within an Agile environment. Responsibilities include designing test strategies, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure business requirements are met.

Build, test, and support the development of web software applications and internal tools while collaborating across teams to improve processes. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and mentor peers while promoting the use of design patterns and best practices.
