The Policy Advisor will conduct research and financial analyses on transport electrification and power sector readiness in the Philippines. They will also manage project activities, review government policies, and engage with diverse stakeholders to support the EnerKey Project.

The consultant will conduct legal, policy, and comparative research on mining revenue distribution and community benefit-sharing models, specifically focusing on Peru and global best practices. They will produce research memoranda, mapping studies, and analytical sections to inform policy recommendations.
