The Policy Analyst will collaborate with the Energy Program team to implement GESI-responsive projects in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Viet Nam. Key tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting fundraising efforts.
The consultant will develop a public-facing minimum viable product (MVP) dashboard to communicate the impact of nature-based solutions in Kigali. They will work with stakeholders to define requirements, create a transparent data model, and implement accessible visualizations for non-expert audiences.
The consultant will conduct a feasibility assessment for soil stabilization and erosion-control measures to support urban reforestation and landscape restoration in Kigali. This includes performing technical baseline assessments, evaluating structural and nature-based solutions, and developing an implementation roadmap with cost estimates.
Lead quantitative research and economic analysis to design green fiscal instruments focused on the energy sector. Provide technical assistance and policy advice to government counterparts in emerging and developing economies.
