Associate Motion Directors will collaborate with creative teams to ensure motion projects exceed client expectations, leveraging animation and editing knowledge to produce top-quality work. They will lead and direct a small team of motion designers in creating concepts through storyboarding, research, ideation, and constructive feedback.

Design, build, and maintain internal pipeline tools and systems, including web applications and workflow automation, while closely collaborating with creative and production teams to translate challenges into technical solutions. Own product areas end-to-end, recommend new tools, serve as a technical lead on client projects, and codify knowledge through documentation.
