Coordinate Employee and Family Assistance Program services by managing client intake, risk assessments, and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate electronic records while providing support to clients via phone and email.

The Mental Health Therapist will deliver EFAP and clinical services, including confidential counseling, crisis intervention, and risk assessments. They will also manage treatment plans, maintain service targets, and collaborate with the clinical management team to ensure effective client outcomes.

Coordinate EFAP services by matching clients with appropriate clinical professionals and managing data entry. Conduct risk assessments for crisis calls and provide safety planning and transfers to specialists.

Respond to referrals to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and produce diagnostic reports. Collaborate with the clinical management team and adhere to professional regulatory standards.
