You will manage data integration for utility customers by reviewing incoming data, ensuring quality standards, and configuring the platform. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve internal tooling to enhance data onboarding efficiency.
Build and operate the foundational platform infrastructure, including observability, deployment pipelines, and environment management, to enable product squads to ship faster. Act as a culture carrier for reliability engineering and treat internal developers as customers to improve the overall developer experience.
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for real-time machine-to-machine grid constraint management and DER control capabilities. Lead the productisation of core capabilities and manage technical customer engagements across Australian and US utility markets.
You will own and ship high-impact software features end-to-end across the grid analytics platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the platform while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.
The Strategic Account Manager will own the commercial relationship with ANZ utility subscription customers, focusing primarily on driving expansion opportunities across the product suite and ensuring straightforward renewals. This role involves setting the strategic direction for accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and translating technical delivery into executive-level commercial value.
