The Associate Director will lead the integration and expansion of GRAIL products within assigned health systems by cultivating executive-level relationships and driving strategic growth. They are responsible for negotiating contracts, managing system-level workflow adoption, and executing comprehensive account plans to meet performance goals.

The role focuses on communicating health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) evidence to payers to support diagnostic portfolio coverage. It involves partnering with Market Access and Government Affairs teams to translate complex clinical data into payer-relevant value narratives.
