The role focuses on communicating health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) evidence to payers to support diagnostic portfolio coverage. It involves partnering with Market Access and Government Affairs teams to translate complex clinical data into payer-relevant value narratives.

Manage end-to-end onsite blood draw events and coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Customer Success, Marketing, and Lab Operations. Serve as the lead for field events, managing vendors and internal staff to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The Account Director will own and actively drive a defined pipeline of payer opportunities, ensuring progress and outcomes are achieved. They will initiate and expand relationships with payer accounts, translating interest into concrete deliverables.
