Lead end-to-end deployments of SaaS applications for municipal governments, acting as a strategic advisor to re-engineer business processes. Oversee complex implementations, manage project health, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful platform adoption and data integrity.
The Implementation Analyst will support the Project Manager in executing SaaS implementations for government customers, from kickoff through go-live. They are responsible for configuring the platform, creating custom reports, training customer teams, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Drive new business revenue by developing and closing sales opportunities with local government agencies. Manage existing accounts to increase product adoption and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
