The Product Manager will own the roadmap for the Hedgerow product, driving strategy and execution while integrating AI into both the product and team workflows. They are responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, including sprint planning, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Build and ship features across multiple codebases while designing scalable, safe systems for AI agents to write and test code. Partner with leadership to redefine the development lifecycle and implement guardrails for AI-generated work.

Drive new business revenue by developing and closing sales opportunities with local government agencies. Manage existing accounts to increase product adoption and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
