Manage strategic relationships with DACH retail customers, develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements while meeting sales, margin, and profitability targets. Coordinate with internal teams on customer proposals, product launches, forecasting, and execution, and monitor customer and market performance.
You will be responsible for performing root cause analysis on fleet issues and providing software support to the field service team. Additionally, you will monitor device performance and build tooling to improve fleet reliability and operational efficiency.
You will build and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to shape sales strategy and provide customer feedback to influence engineering roadmaps.
Own the image and video dataset lifecycle, including taxonomy, curation, and quality control. Design and maintain data pipelines and build internal tools to accelerate dataset creation and labeling for the ML team.
