Develop architectural drawing packages and Revit models for the deployment of standardized data center product lines across the US. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to adapt designs to local codes and manage permit submissions with regulatory authorities.

Serve as the technical authority for the structural design of modular data center products and associated site infrastructure. This includes owning the Structural Plan of Record, performing advanced static and dynamic analysis, and coordinating with MEP and manufacturing teams.

Act as the primary owner of the UL relationship to maintain existing certifications and lead the end-to-end certification process for new product lines. Develop internal playbooks and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure designs meet compliance standards early in development.

The Head of Project Finance will own capital formation and build the project finance function from the ground up, including team management and lender relationships. They will structure and close complex financing deals for power generation and data center assets while partnering with executive leadership on enterprise capital strategy.

The Lead Electrical Engineer will own the power architecture and electrical DNA for Giga Data Centers, creating standardized designs for global deployment. Responsibilities include developing technical specifications, performing power system studies, and guiding external engineering firms to ensure compliance and reliability.
