Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including EPC, equipment procurement, and power purchase agreements. Serve as a strategic legal partner to business development and finance teams while building scalable legal playbooks and infrastructure.

The Head of Project Finance will own capital formation and build the project finance function from the ground up, including team management and lender relationships. They will structure and close complex financing deals for power generation and data center assets while partnering with executive leadership on enterprise capital strategy.

The Lead Electrical Engineer will own the power architecture and electrical DNA for Giga Data Centers, creating standardized designs for global deployment. Responsibilities include developing technical specifications, performing power system studies, and guiding external engineering firms to ensure compliance and reliability.

The Civil Engineer will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of site development projects, including feasibility, design, and construction oversight. They will manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance while ensuring construction aligns with engineering specifications.
