The EPC Project Controls Manager oversees integrated cost and schedule controls across engineering, procurement, and construction project scopes. This role manages the full project-controls lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and risk analysis while serving as the primary interface for contractors and finance.

The Estimator develops accurate cost estimates for capital projects across oil & gas, power, and data center sectors. They also support bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and collaborate with project controls to align estimates with project budgets.

The Schedule Manager leads all planning and scheduling activities for capital projects, owning the integrated project schedule from baseline development through forecasting. They manage scheduling personnel, set standards, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure schedule accuracy and proactive decision-making.

The role involves designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to automate reporting while performing hands-on cost, invoice, and schedule analysis. It also focuses on standardizing project controls workflows and driving process improvements across the team.
