They are responsible for managing long-lead critical equipment and ensuring a formal, risk-mitigated handoff to construction teams.
Own the delivery position behind tenant pursuits across powered land, powered shell, and turnkey data center offerings, validating capacity, schedules, costs, risks, and proposed agreement terms against delivery plans. Coordinate diligence and negotiations, maintain campus capacity and pipeline views, and transfer executed commitments and assumptions to the delivery organization.
The Estimator develops accurate cost estimates for capital projects across oil & gas, power, and data center sectors. They also support bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and collaborate with project controls to align estimates with project budgets.
