Manage environmental permitting, regulatory strategies, and construction compliance for energy-related projects such as pipelines and tank terminals. Develop compliance manuals and prepare applications for federal and state agencies including FERC, EPA, and USACE.

Prepares site sketches, traffic control plans, and DOT applications for utility construction projects. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to generate and revise project drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Lead all aspects of environmental permitting project management, including regulatory strategy and client management for energy-related infrastructure. Prepare permit applications for federal and state agencies and lead the development of environmental assessment documents.

Serve as a senior technical authority and design lead for MV, HV, and EHV substations up to 765 kV. Lead detailed electrical design, perform advanced system studies, and mentor junior engineers while managing multiple concurrent projects.
