The Head of Agile Practice is responsible for defining and evolving the company's Agile operating model to drive delivery excellence across all product lines. They will lead a team of practitioners to coach stakeholders, improve delivery predictability, and integrate AI-enabled workflows into the software delivery lifecycle.

The Consultant delivers client engagements across implementation, change, and service improvement while configuring solutions to meet business requirements. They also manage project documentation, stakeholder communication, and support testing and deployment activities.

The role involves implementing and configuring Compendia and Administrator software for new clients while maintaining model processes and legislative updates. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, leading workstreams and delivering training to customers and internal staff.
