Design and implement technical solutions using the Enode API to help customers realize product value. Act as the primary technical point of contact and internal advocate for customers throughout their journey.
Define and execute the vision for the customer platform to transform it into a strategic intelligence layer for energy companies and OEM partners. Own the product roadmap, onboarding experience, and the delivery of data-driven insights to drive retention and expansion.
Manage a portfolio of energy company customers to drive retention, expansion, and successful product launches. Help build the Customer Success function by defining processes, systems, and tooling as the company scales.
Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships while growing and retaining existing partners to drive platform scale. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver partner commitments and improve the partnerships playbook using AI.
Design and implement technical solutions using the Enode API to help customers realize value quickly. Act as a technical advocate for customers and contribute directly to the Enode codebase to fix issues and improve products.
