The Policy & Advocacy Officer will conduct research and legislative analysis to advance evidence-based solutions for food insecurity. They will also manage government relations, draft briefing materials, and coordinate advocacy campaigns to influence public policy.

The Director of Philanthropy will manage a high-capacity donor portfolio to secure $2-$3M annually while leading and mentoring the Major Gifts team. They will design and implement structured giving programs and collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level operational and administrative support to the Co-CEOs and Leadership Team in a remote environment. Key duties include managing calendars, coordinating complex scheduling, and maintaining organizational records and documentation.

Act as the primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies, managing crisis situations and de-escalating conflicts for international students. Perform administrative duties including data entry, application processing, and matching students with host families.
