They are responsible for producing premium digital media assets and managing the asset handoff process for developers and production staff.

Design, customize, and enhance Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications while integrating them with enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and ensure the performance of business-critical retail solutions.

Administer and maintain certification programs and exams within the Learning Management System. Track learner progress and generate detailed certification reports using Microsoft Excel.

Manage the end-to-end contracting flow from commercial alignment to signed execution for SaaS and professional services deals. Coordinate between Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve blockers and maintain contracting playbooks.

The Instructional Designer/Developer will analyze project requirements and develop engaging eLearning courses. Responsibilities include creating storyboards, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
