Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and agents regarding property and casualty insurance products, billing, and policy status. Provide accurate policy information and perform necessary outbound follow-up work to resolve inquiries.

Provide quoting support for new and renewal small commercial lines accounts while processing endorsements and loss control inspections. Evaluate risks and communicate underwriting decisions to agents to ensure profitability and growth objectives are met.
