You will own customer strategy by defining ideal customer profiles, crafting outbound messaging, and launching campaigns to generate results. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.

You will build and integrate agents and automation to enhance product usability and reliability. This involves working closely with the concierge team to translate workflows into efficient, automated processes.

You will own the company and people search infrastructure, managing everything from data ingestion and ranking to the development of intelligent search agents. You will also collaborate with the CTO to make long-term architectural decisions and improve the overall relevance and reliability of search features.

You will own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, from initial kickoff to successful product launch. Additionally, you will partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
