Lead advanced data-science and machine-learning research to support the development and validation of AI for toxicologic and translational pathology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to curate large datasets, design benchmarking frameworks, and translate exploratory research into reproducible methods.
The Project Data Scientist will curate, characterize, and validate large preclinical and translational pathology datasets to support AI model development. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners in EU-funded consortia to ensure data interoperability and quality standards.
You will develop and maintain cloud-based microservices and on-premise components for a flagship AI-enabled pathology platform. The role involves driving development best practices, participating in peer reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure software delivery.
Oversee software and AI quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Support QMS operations, risk management, and regulatory submissions for the US and Canadian markets.
