Partners with executive leadership to align learning strategies with business objectives and oversees the delivery of enterprise-wide training programs.

Perform intakes, assessments, and supportive counseling for a diverse client population via a virtual clinic. Manage small caseloads, facilitate group and family sessions, and engage in community outreach and advocacy projects.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients by providing screening, scheduling, and referrals to appropriate behavioral health services. Manage patient data within CRM and EMR systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance and achieving contact center KPIs.

Provide administrative and clinical support for a behavioral health clinic, including managing prior authorizations and triaging medication-related calls. Ensure continuity of care by maintaining medical records and collaborating with providers and community partners.
