The Director partners with the EVP to design and implement the enterprise strategy and operations operating model across four regions. This includes managing operational coordination, tracking KPIs, and aligning regional S&O teams with firmwide strategic priorities.

Serve as a project manager and strategic partner for nonprofit clients during initial onboarding and part-time engagements. Lead the design and execution of planning meetings and develop foundational materials like work plans and case statements.

The Director will lead the execution and adoption of the Transformation office's strategy by managing the enterprise initiative roadmap. They are responsible for designing change management systems and ensuring organizational adoption through behavior change and performance tracking.

The role involves producing high-quality, customized proposals and sales materials to help executives secure new business. It requires collaborating with cross-functional partners to transform strategic ideas into persuasive narratives and managing the end-to-end production timeline.
