The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of wear services and solutions within the mining industry across Timmins and surrounding areas. The Territory Sales Representative will develop new business and manage existing customer relationships across Ontario by providing technical welding and wear protection solutions. They will conduct on-site product demonstrations, manage sales pipelines via CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer maintenance and reliability needs.
