The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for maximizing sales of commercialized products and achieving territory goals across four states. This includes developing business plans, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting disease awareness and patient compliance.

Lead the design and execution of Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials to translate scientific insights into clinical strategies. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to establish proof of mechanism and proof of concept for rare disease assets.

Lead the strategic design and execution of early clinical development plans from first-in-human studies through clinical proof of concept. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate translational science and biomarkers into regulatory filings and development decisions.

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by driving demand for skeletal condition therapies through clinical education. This involves building relationships with pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedists, and geneticists while implementing strategic business plans.

This role will oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of technology platforms and measurement reporting systems supporting Global Medical Affairs Medical Engagement activities. Key duties include developing engagement measurement frameworks, leading reporting efforts, and managing vendor relationships for project execution.
