The role involves providing consultancy and subject matter expertise to customers to optimize fraud detection and prevention using BioCatch solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing emerging threats, deploying tactical rules for fraud attacks, and collaborating with Data Science teams to improve detection rates.

Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of anti-fraud solutions for new customers and partners. Manage end-to-end project execution while acting as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.

The Threat Analyst will maintain strong relationships with customers, providing subject matter expertise to maximize value from BioCatch solutions and drive fraud detection rates while minimizing friction for genuine users. Key tasks include educating customers, deploying tactical rules for acute attacks, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence internal product strategy.

Key responsibilities include building internal relationships with the partner network team, providing basic training to partner customers, and supporting the technical implementation of streamlined partner onboarding processes. The role also involves designing automation to improve scalability across the partner channel and supporting immediate fraud attack responses.
