The student worker will create and update various promotional materials, including social media graphics and print ads, while assisting the marketing team with design needs. They will also contribute original ideas and maintain a consistent visual identity across communication channels.

The specialist ensures institutional, state, and federal compliance for human and animal research by reviewing IRB/IACUC submissions and maintaining auditable records. They also coordinate education and outreach initiatives and monitor post-approval compliance to improve research operations.

Manage the institutional review, approval, and submission of proposals for externally sponsored research projects. Ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional policies while collaborating with research administrators and sponsors.
