Own the motion language for Basis by creating animations, product videos, and UI interactions across various marketing channels. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex SaaS workflows into engaging visual stories and maintain brand consistency.

Lead collections efforts for a portfolio of at least $40M to lower DSO and meet KPIs. Responsibilities include cash application, reconciling misapplied funds, and collaborating with Billing and Sales to resolve customer issues.

Design and execute a complex automated testing platform for a high-throughput AdTech ecosystem. Contribute to the creation of scalable testing frameworks and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality production deployments.

You will specialize in the technical development of authentication and authorization platforms, including defining authorization for AI-powered agentic workflows. You will also drive large-scale technical projects, mentor team members, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

This role involves leading projects across the full tech stack while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality standards. You will be responsible for driving new product development from ideation through production while maintaining existing systems.
