The Sales Development Representative will convert inbound leads into opportunities by building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects. They will collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, proactive collections, and accurate cash application. Analyze AR trends and support month-end close activities while leveraging NetSuite and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
