Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, proactive collections, and accurate cash application. Analyze AR trends and support month-end close activities while leveraging NetSuite and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Manage and secure the macOS and Windows endpoint fleet using Jamf and Intune while automating repetitive IT tasks. Administer identity and access governance across SaaS platforms and cloud environments including AWS and Azure.

Lead the Security and IT Operations functions, managing a team of seven to execute a 6-12 month roadmap. Oversee GRC, Product Security, Corporate Security, and the overall IT infrastructure strategy including IAM and endpoint management.
