The Staff Software Engineer will drive the technical direction of the platform, designing and building large-scale systems for digital accessibility using AI and agentic development. They will also mentor junior engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate with product and design teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
The Account Director is responsible for driving growth across mid-tier accounts by managing expansion pipelines and hitting revenue targets through upsells and cross-sells.
