The Telerehab Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients while establishing outcomes-centered care plans. They will leverage the company's telerehab platform to deliver effective care management and ensure progressive patient outcomes.

The National Director will lead the development and execution of a scalable, enterprise-wide strategy for workers' compensation, auto, and personal injury channels. This role involves building a coordinated, outcomes-driven platform while partnering with field leadership and clinical operations to drive growth and margin performance.
