ASSOCIATION FOR MATERIALS PROTECTION AND PERFORMANCE

The Area Manager drives regional growth by developing strategic initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing business development across the East Asia & Pacific region. They are responsible for monitoring regional performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance the organization's market presence.

Oversee the financial performance, strategic positioning, and delivery of AMPP’s External Education Program, managing an annual budget of $20M+. Lead a global team of staff and over 350 contract instructors to ensure high-quality educational outcomes for over 14,000 students.

Deliver high-quality technical education and hands-on training for AMPP C7 and C12 programs to adult learners. Manage all instructional logistics, including equipment maintenance, learner assessment, and compliance with industry safety standards.

The lead will drive AMPP's growth and market expansion in China by building strategic relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions. They are responsible for increasing the adoption of standards and certifications while ensuring all activities comply with Chinese laws and AMPP policies.
