The Executive Director, Human Resources – Hospitality Division serves as the senior HR executive supporting Legends' Hospitality Division and develops enterprise-wide people strategies. This role provides strategic oversight to a team of Regional Human Resources Directors and partners closely with executive leadership on various HR initiatives.

Lead a newly formed business POD to drive revenue growth and develop integrated partnership solutions across MLB, soccer, and women's sports. Responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Design and implement scalable operational infrastructure to reduce administrative burdens for Global Sales and Partnerships teams. Manage the full deal lifecycle, including pipeline reporting, financial forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and HR.

The manager will develop data-driven strategies to enhance guest experience and profitability while serving as a subject matter expert for live music programming.

The Accounting Manager oversees financial management, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. They are responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and coordinating internal and external audits.

The Senior Director of AI Insights will define the vision and roadmap for leveraging AI-driven insights to meet organizational objectives, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making and create competitive advantage. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed AI insights into strategy while ensuring scalable data infrastructure and driving organizational adoption through education and advocacy.
