The Engagement Manager owns the entire lifecycle of consulting engagements, leading day-to-day work and managing teams of 1-6 members. They are responsible for identifying strategic issues, developing hypotheses, and maintaining strong relationships with senior client executives.
The consultant will execute compliance assessments, framework implementations, and advisory engagements across various regulatory standards. They will also manage client relationships, support audit processes, and contribute to business development activities.
You will lead enterprise risk assessments and design mature ERM frameworks to help clients navigate complex regulatory and operational environments. Additionally, you will assess technology and information risk practices while supporting business development efforts for the GRC practice.
You will assess, design, and implement governance structures, decision rights, and accountability models to improve organizational decision-making. Additionally, you will operationalize these frameworks through documentation, reporting metrics, and change enablement strategies.
