Design a pilot program for dual-eligible members in rural Montana, focusing on integrated care models and payment reform. The role involves assessing population needs, addressing workforce constraints, and structuring governance for the Rural Health Transformation Program.

The consultant will execute compliance assessments, framework implementations, and advisory engagements across various regulatory standards. They will also manage client relationships, support audit processes, and contribute to business development activities.

You will lead enterprise risk assessments and design mature ERM frameworks to help clients navigate complex regulatory and operational environments. Additionally, you will assess technology and information risk practices while supporting business development efforts for the GRC practice.

You will assess, design, and implement governance structures, decision rights, and accountability models to improve organizational decision-making. Additionally, you will operationalize these frameworks through documentation, reporting metrics, and change enablement strategies.

The Program Director will own scope, schedule, risk, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams, establishing integrated delivery systems and driving accountability for measurable results. Key duties include interfacing with senior federal leadership, translating policy into execution plans, and ensuring compliance with federal oversight standards.

You'll manage the full lifecycle of complex programs while driving cross-functional programs forward. Additionally, you'll analyze large datasets to inform business decisions and market opportunities.
