The Financial Aid Consultant will provide expert guidance to educational institutions on Title IV compliance, including conducting file reviews and performing R2T4 calculations. They will also support clients by interpreting complex federal regulations and helping to strengthen institutional financial aid practices.

Lead end-to-end software implementations, migrations, and integrations for clients in the single-family lending space. Act as the primary technical bridge between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful system adoption.

Provide expert support to post-secondary institutions regarding financial aid software and regulatory compliance. Manage client cases, interpret federal and state policies, and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.

The Client Growth Executive is responsible for expanding the company's footprint within the public housing sector by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. This involves leading consultative sales processes, delivering product demonstrations, and acting as a trusted advisor to help agencies maximize their software investment.
