Provide expert support to post-secondary institutions regarding financial aid software and regulatory compliance. Manage client cases, resolve complex packaging issues, and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.

Lead end-to-end software implementations, migrations, and integrations for clients in the single-family lending space. Act as the primary technical bridge between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful adoption.

Lead end-to-end software implementations for public sector clients, managing project timelines from kickoff through go-live. Act as a subject-matter expert to provide configuration, training, and ongoing support while representing client needs to internal product teams.

This role is responsible for defining and executing the IT and cloud infrastructure strategy, driving improvements in uptime, resilience, and cost optimization across hosted environments on Azure and AWS. The manager will also oversee enterprise hosting platforms, ensure regulatory compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), and lead the infrastructure team.
