The Accounting Manager is responsible for owning the month-end close process and maintaining accurate general ledger records. They will also implement process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

Develop and execute high-performing paid social creative strategies, primarily for Meta, to drive profitable customer acquisition. Lead the end-to-end process from consumer research and ideation to testing, iteration, and scaling of creative assets.

Build and lead the Market & Consumer Insights function from the ground up to inform product and growth decisions. Conduct primary research, competitive intelligence, and trend monitoring to provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive business growth. Optimize acquisition funnels and execute structured creative testing to improve efficiency and profitability.
