You will build a new HR and background screening business vertical from the ground up by generating your own pipeline and defining the sales strategy. You will work closely with leadership to translate prospect needs into successful orders while managing relationships across HR, Legal, and Procurement departments.

Conduct comprehensive domestic and international due diligence investigations using public records and open-source intelligence. Review and quality-check reports produced by other investigators to ensure accuracy and adherence to methodology.
