The Regional Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance organizations across the West Gulf Coast HYCO subregion to ensure safe and reliable plant performance. This role focuses on driving consistency in maintenance execution, optimizing costs, and developing technical talent.

Lead technical sales and new business signings for industrial gases and equipment within the glass and ceramic industries. Resolve customer technical challenges and collaborate with research groups to develop new offerings and decarbonization efforts.

Develop and expand business within the mining and metalworking segments in the NOA and Cuyo regions. Manage B2B client portfolios, identify new commercial opportunities, and negotiate value propositions with technical and economic decision-makers.

The technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cryogenic and gas storage equipment at customer sites. They must also manage project scopes, supervise contractors, and ensure high standards of safety during all operations and travel.
