Manage a desk of workers' compensation claims from assignment through resolution, including investigation, liability evaluation, and reserve maintenance. Coordinate with defense counsel, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state statutes.
Manage IBA processing, cash management, and bank reconciliations while ensuring compliance with CASS 5 rules. Resolve complex queries and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
