The Corporate Counsel serves as the primary legal resource for the company, managing commercial contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations. This role involves directing legal staff, supporting the General Counsel on complex matters, and ensuring efficient, high-volume legal support across all business units.
Lead day-to-day operations across the studio network and corporate functions, including people operations, recruiting, payroll, inventory, scheduling, the call center, facilities, and vendors. Establish scorecards and weekly accountability reviews, resolve operating issues, coordinate responses to compliance and legal matters, and build processes that support profitable growth.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and end-to-end workflows to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs with internal systems while optimizing for reliability, performance, and cost.
