You will proactively identify, pursue, and close new commercial importer accounts across Canada and the U.S. while building and managing your own pipeline of qualified leads. Additionally, you will partner with subject-matter experts to tailor brokerage solutions and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot.

Lead the Canadian Release Team to ensure timely and accurate customs entries across all transportation modes. Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, managing SLAs, and integrating AI-powered automation tools.

The coordinator is responsible for preparing customs release entries, analyzing tariff classifications, and managing air and ocean container releases. They also handle client communications and coordinate deliveries while ensuring full compliance with Canadian regulations.
