Gamdom is looking for a VIP Portfolio Manager to join our team and take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value players. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service, driving player engagement, and improving retention through personalized experiences and strategic account management.

The ideal candidate has experience in VIP account management, customer relationship management, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong understanding of player behavior, a passion for gaming, and an analytical mindset to optimize VIP strategies and deliver outstanding player experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP players, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Develop and execute personalized rewards, promotions, and incentives tailored to individual player profiles.

  • Analyze player behavior, performance data, and gaming trends to optimize VIP offerings and strategies.

  • Provide premium support and ensure VIP players receive fast, personalized, and seamless assistance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall VIP experience and player journey.

Ideal Skills & Experience
  • VIP Account Management Experience - Previous experience working as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role managing high-value clients.

  • Strong Customer Relationship Skills - Ability to build trust, understand player needs, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.

  • Analytical Mindset - Comfortable analyzing player behavior, engagement metrics, and performance data to drive decisions.

  • Casino Industry Knowledge - Understanding of online casino products, promotions, player psychology, and VIP management practices.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills - Ability to identify opportunities, upsell effectively, and create mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with players from diverse backgrounds and adapt engagement strategies to different cultural preferences.
