This leader is also a key partner in the launch and scaling of our commercial equipment financing program, which is built on third party lender partnerships and supports growth across the Commercial business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary global B2B credit and accounts receivable subject matter expert across the commercial business for Precor and Peloton Commercial, providing clear recommendations on portfolio risk, credit decisions, exposure, and tradeoffs to support leadership decisions
- Build and scale a best in class global credit operating model through standardized processes, documented procedures, clear ownership, consistent global standards, KPI driven management, measurable performance expectations, and team capability development across regions
- Oversee global credit decisioning by performing and interpreting underwriting outputs, applying established risk frameworks and risk appetite, and validating credit decisions
- Leverage SAP, modern credit technology, automation, AI enabled tools, and reporting to improve credit decisioning, portfolio visibility, collections efficiency, and operational consistency, identifying new use cases and driving adoption across the global team
- Support the launch and scaling of the commercial equipment financing program and manage relationships with third party lenders and financing partners, including partner selection and onboarding, commercial terms, approval outcomes, and expansion into new markets
- Establish and maintain governance for the financing program, including program criteria, eligibility and approval rules, in house due diligence as a check on partner underwriting, and monitoring of program performance and exposure under recourse, loss pool, and other risk sharing arrangements
- Lead global credit risk management and portfolio oversight, including customer risk tiering and scoring, early warning indicators, aging and delinquency trends, reserve adequacy, and concentration risk, and partner with Accounting and Treasury on bad debt reserve methodology and financing related exposure
- Provide leadership with actionable insight into global AR performance and cash inflows through enhanced dashboards and reporting, and lead recurring credit reviews with Sales and senior leadership
- Work with leadership to develop, maintain, and continuously improve global credit policies, approval frameworks, approval authorities, risk thresholds, conditional approval and exception guidelines, and the internal control framework
- Partner closely with Sales globally to enable deal velocity and revenue growth while maintaining appropriate credit and risk controls, supporting complex customer profiles including franchisees, multi entity operators, and non traditional credit profiles
- Bring expertise in global B2B credit practices, including country specific considerations such as payment terms, legal frameworks, and collections norms.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in global or multi region B2B credit, accounts receivable, portfolio risk, or credit operations, including experience leading teams and familiarity with regional payment terms, legal frameworks, and collections practices
- Strong expertise in B2B credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit limit management, and portfolio risk management across a global customer base
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data, reporting, automation, and AI to transform credit and AR operations, reengineer processes, and reduce manual work across multiple regions
