As a Software Functional Consultant, you'll help organisations optimise warehouse operations through the implementation of The Config Team's SAP software products. Working alongside experienced consultants and solution architects, you'll use your SAP WM knowledge to deliver solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, enhance user experience and support operational excellence.

Unlike large-scale transformation programmes that can run for years, our software projects are typically delivered within 3-4 months and are largely remote. This offers an excellent mix of variety, flexibility and work-life balance, while allowing you to apply your SAP WM expertise across multiple customers, industries and warehouse environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting customer workshops to understand warehouse and supply chain requirements.

• Assisting with solution design and functional specifications.

• Configuring and implementing The Config Team's SAP-related software solutions, including PreBilt.

• Supporting testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing.

• Delivering end-user training and supporting user adoption.

• Assisting with cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Contributing to continuous improvement and product innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on SAP WM experience.

• Understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes.

• Experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout or enhancement projects.

• Confidence engaging with business users and operational stakeholders.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your SAP consulting career.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, mobility solutions or consultancy environments would be advantageous.
